Real Estate Listings / Commercial / STR Vacation Homes

PRICING

Real Estate Listings (for Agents / Brokers) – At Four Six Photography, I price based on the number of images delivered, not the square footage of the property. While square footage plays a role in estimating how much coverage is needed, it’s not the best indicator of the time or detail required. Smaller homes can often have rich architectural features, luxury finishes, or complex layouts that demand more thoughtful and detailed coverage than larger but simpler properties. Pricing by image ensures fairness—you pay for the actual marketing value being created, not the size of the floor plan. This approach allows flexibility, better storytelling, and a transparent connection between your investment and the results you receive.

  • Pricing is based on number of images delivered, not square footage

  • Square footage is only a partial factor—not a reliable measure of marketing needs

  • Smaller homes can need more images due to detail, features, or layout

  • Larger homes may need fewer images if simpler or sparsely staged

  • Ensures clients only pay for what they truly need to market the listing

  • Supports better visual storytelling, tailored to each unique property

  • Creates a clear, fair, and flexible pricing structure tied to results—not estimates

At Four Six Photography, pricing for real estate listings is based on the number of images delivered, not the square footage of the home. While square footage can influence how many photos are needed, it’s not the most accurate way to determine what a listing truly requires. Smaller homes with unique features, luxury finishes, or detailed architecture may need more images than a larger, more basic property.

By pricing per image, you get clear, transparent value. This approach ensures each listing receives the right level of visual storytelling—without overpaying for unneeded coverage or underdelivering on quality. It’s a fairer, more flexible model that aligns with how real homes should be marketed.

  • Pricing is based on number of images delivered, not square footage

  • Square footage is a partial factor, but not the final determinant of price

  • Home features like room variety, amenities, and architectural detail drive image count

  • Smaller homes with rich detail may need more images than larger, simpler homes

  • Ensures you only pay for the images you need to market the listing effectively

  • Avoids overpaying for unused coverage or under-delivering on visual quality

  • Provides a fair, flexible, and transparent pricing model for agents and brokers

Pricing is based on number of images delivered, not square footage. Square footage is a partial factor in number of the images photographed, but not a determining factor in total images and price. Number of rooms, detail, amenities, property, etc. tend to play a larger role in the amount of images needed to tell a home’s story.

Why I Price by Image, Not Square Footage

Every home has a unique story—and square footage doesn’t always tell it. A small home packed with luxury detail might need more images than a larger, empty one.

That’s why I price by the number of images delivered. Square footage is one factor, but amenities, room variety, and architectural detail often play a bigger role in how the home should be photographed.

With image-based pricing:

You know exactly what you’re paying for

You get the right number of photos to market your listing effectively

You’re not overpaying for unnecessary coverage—or under-delivering on quality

This model is fairer, more flexible, and ensures each listing gets the visual story it deserves.

  1. Real Estate Listings (for agents/brokers – your core audience)
